Mentors
Mentors walk alongside the mentee in a personal and supportive relationship.
Mentors are trained, trauma-informed and supported by their Care Manager. Mentors are invaluable to the process of healing, restoration, and long-term success.

Care Manager
A Care Manager shepherds the mentorship providing practical support, resources, biblical guidance, encouragement, and prayer.
All Care Managers are trained, trauma-informed, and supported by the Supervising Care Manager and Counselors.
“A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.” (Ecclesiastes 4:12)
Reintegration Host Home
Host homes provide short-term housing, food, and other basic need assistance designed to provide relief and support for women reintegrating back into the community.
Host home sponsors are trained, trauma informed, and thoroughly vetted to open up their home to a participant. Host Homes are designed to provide temporary housing up to 60 days for participants awaiting availability in reintegration housing.

Reintegration Support
Here at true ID we understand the impact that basic items can have in bringing hope and change into a woman’s new life.
Once they transition from a host home to an apartment some women only have clothes and a blanket to sleep on the floor.
Together let’s celebrate, by giving, to these women who have worked so hard to overcome surmounting obstacles in their life.
